2659264 - What does Assignment Cutoff Date & Time in Assignment Profile's Program section mean?

I would like to know how the Assignment Cutoff Date & Assignment Cutoff Time as shown in below screenshot work in Assignment Profile.

When you provide a Assignment Cutoff Date and Assignment Cutoff Time then after the provided date and time the program will not be assigned to users even if they meet the assignment profile criteria.

I.e. Say you provided Cutoff date & time as 1st July 10 AM IST, then any user who meets the assignment profile criteria after 1st July 10 AM will not be assigned with the program even after you run the Assignment Profile Synchronization APM.

NOTE: The value provided for Cutoff Date & Time should always be in future otherwise you will get a validation error.
