Is it possible to add Custom Filters to the Download Statement Page?

Go to:

1. Admin Centre
2. Compensation Home
3. Select Desired Plan
4. Complete Compensation Cycle
5. Rewards Statements
6. Manage Statement Template
7. Click Actions and Download Statements

It is not currently possible to add filters here as there would be no need.  When you download statements you are downloading them for the chosen template. This means any users that have statements generated based on the template will be added to the download file.

Any filtering that needs to be done can only be completed by using different statement templates based on different groups. As an example lets take the following locations:

•  Uk
•  Ireland

You are not able to filter on the download statement page but you can set up statements to be based on certain groups. You could then have one template based on UK location and one template for Ireland location. This would then pull employees who matched these groups into each of the statements. Then when you print/download them you only have users from these locations in each of the files.

This would be the only option that you can use to filter/split employees.

Note: Location as a grouping option is an example, there are other options that you will need to explore based on your needs.
