2659611 - Sales Order Employee Responsible Reported as Not Assigned


You are trying to retrieve the Employee Responsible information for each Sales Order document, but the report returns the Employee Responsible column as Not Assigned.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
  2. Select the Report view.
  3. Open the Sales Order Volume report.
  4. Enter the Employee Responsible as Rows and other relevants Columns and Rows.
  5. Execute the report.

On the Rows to Employee Responsible the data retrieved is defined as Not Assigned.


When the items, on the Sales Orders documents, are Project Expenses the value is shown as Not Assigned.

The reporting feature of the system uses the Employee Responsible correctly, although the Employee Responsible could differ in the item level.

There are some items that will show Not Assigned values, and this is because these items are expense items, which are not counted as volume for an employee.


This is the correct system behavior.
