On SAP Solution Manager system the following dumps can be observed in transaction ST22:

      Procedure
     "IF_FPM_MESSAGE_MANAGER~RAISE_CX_ROOT_EXCEPTION" "(METHOD)", nor was it
      propagated by a RAISING clause.
     Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated this
     exception, the current program was terminated.
     The reason for the exception is:
     Exception text is : No additional Text. ; Original Text is : No such class:
     "SAP_ ...

     This exception is closely related to a previous exception
      "CX_LMDB_OM_CIM_ERR", which
     was raised in program "CL_LMDB_WBEM_REQUEST==========CP", in line 15 of
      (include) program "CL_LMDB_WBEM_REQUEST==========CM00R". The
     reason for the exception occurring was:
     No such class: "SAP_CloudConnector"
