2660099 - Request External Pricing Button is Not Available in the Opportunity

You are using External Pricing and you are missing the relevant button in the Opportunity TI. You can see the relevant button in eg Sales Quotes, on the bottom right.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Prerequisite: Functioning External Pricing; eg in Sales Quotes, external pricing can be requested and works fine.

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Open any Opportunity.
4. Go to the Products facet.

Result: The button Request External Pricing on the bottom right is not there.

This is the current system behaviour. The External Pricing in Opportunity is requested for selected items only hence the button is not there.

You can find the function Request Pricing in the Actions menu once you have selected one or more Products. Please click on the wheel icon and then Request Pricing.
