2660384 - Gross Price is Not Displayed in Account Master Data

Symptom

You have maintained Customer Specific Price List (Gross) but the price is not displayed in account master data.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Account Management work center.
  2. Go to Accounts view.
  3. Search for the Account ABC (ABC represents the ID of the account).
  4. Open the Account ABC. 
  5. Go to Prices tab. 

In Customer Product Prices tab, the gross price is not displayed.

Cause

Gross prices are not displayed in the account master data, only net customer specific prices are displayed.

Resolution

This is currently the system design.
