2660385 - Australia Specific Validation only allows one dependent to be assigned as beneficiary at a time

Symptom

  1. Add global assignment for a user
  2. Set the field 'is-beneficiary' as Yes for multiple dependents,
  3. System throws an error stating 'Since you are on Australian contract, it is only possible to have 1 beneficiary assigned in the system'
