2660587 - Tracing Cannot be Started in SAP Cloud Applications Studio

You are trying to trace a scenario for personal sentive data in production tenant and you get the below error:

•  Debugger Cannot be Started.

• Tenant contains fields which may expose Sensitive Personal Data. Hence,tracing feature is disabled.

1. Go to Cloud Applications Studio.
2. Open your Solution Y123456789 ( Y123456789 - refers to name of a solution).
3. Click on Start Tracing.
4. Error appears:

• Debugger Cannot be Started.
• Tenant contains fields which may expose Sensitive Personal Data. Hence,tracing feature is disabled.

 

If you have created a Personal Sensitive Data (PSD) scenario and the field is marked for Personal Sensitive Data, then you cannot trace the scenario as per the General Data protection Regulation in Production Systems.

This is current expected behavior of SAP Cloud Applications Studio and it applies to all tenant types if PSD is applied
