Symptom
Lead Status/Source are not available in the list of fields under rule type "Field Update" on workflow rules.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to the Administration work center.
- Go to the Workflow Rules work view.
- Click New button.
- Fulfill the Description mandatory field.
- Choose the Business Object as Leads.
- Click Next.
- Define the conditions.
- Click Next.
- Select the Rule Type Field Update.
- Click "Add" under Field.
- Search the Status or the Source.
Both Status and Source are not available to be used by the user when creating a Workflow Rule for Field Update on Leads.
Resolution
This is the current system behavior. If the feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
