2660793 - Unable to create a custom homepage for an administrative area

You do not have the Custom Home Page option under Product Setup for a specific Admin Area as below screenshot:

SAP Jam Collaboration

1. Access Jam with an admin user;
2. Go to SAP Jam Admin;
3. Select the Admin area that you want to create the custom home page;
4. Expand the Product Setup section;
5. You will not have the Custom Home Page option.

You do not have the Custom Home Page option either:

• because you are not an Area Admin and just them can create/change Custom Home Page or
• because you don't have a custom home page for the Company Area

To be able to create a custom home page for an area, you need to make sure you have the two prerequisites below:

1. You need to make the users Area Admin on the areas that they will create/change the custom home page.
2. You need to have at least one custom home page created for the Company Area.

After accomplishing these prerequisites, there will be the Custom Home Page option on the Admin Area as below:
