Getting the error "No amounts maintained for the specified age group of selected dependent with the selected combination of fields. Please contact your admin." when selecting insurance coverage during enrollment.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

1. Go to Benefits in Employee's Profile.
2. Select a Benefit and click "Enroll Now".
3. Select a Dependent.
4. An error displays: "No amounts maintained for the specified age group of selected dependent with the selected combination of fields. Please contact your admin."

This error occurs in the following scenarios:

If 'Age as-of Year' is selected as 'Enrollment Effective From Year' and Schedule period has 'Enrollment Effective From' '01/01/1900'.

• Either use Age as-of Year' as 'Enrollment Year' in Insurance Rate Chart or
• Set 'Enrollment Effective From' as recent year in Benefit schedule period.
