2661246 - "The following transport based corr. are not completely imported yet" happens while releasing TR of TCI Notes

While trying to release a TR (Transport Request) which includes TCI (Transport-based Correction Instructions), the error with the following pattern comes up.

Export checks and actions finished with errors
