2661384 - How to check users pending activities from My Employees tab

Symptom

When navigating on "My Employees" tab, the supervisor is seeing an yellow exclamation for pending activities point near to the users and would like to check the details.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System - LMS

Resolution

Click on the 3 dots icon near to the user name to check the details of the message.

  • If it says learning plan overdue, it means that the user has overdue item on his learning plan;
  • If it says curricula incomplete, it means the user has incomplete curricula assigned.

You can check the curriculas by loading the user learning plan (clicking on the user name) and navigating to the curricula tile. The incomplete curricula will have an empty status.
