2661396 - Party Role Define With Flag Sales Data in Party Role Definition is Not Determining Automatically in Lead Document

Party role is created with flag sales data in fine-tune activity party role definition but it is not determined automatically in transaction document.

You create custom party role with sales data flag in fine- tune activity party role definition and add same party role in fine-tune activity Lead - Involved parties. Maintain determination rule for custom party role as custom role of Account team.

1. Go to the Customers work center
2. Go to the Accounts view
3. Open any account
4. Go to the Accounts Team tab where new party role is added
5. Go to the Leads tab (applies for any transaction document)
6. Click on New
7. Enter all mandatory fields
8. Save and Open
9. Go to Sales & Marketing Team tab

Here custom party role is not determined automatically from account team tab.

Party role is configured as a 'Sales Data' specific role in fine-tune activity party role definition.

This means that only when lead's sales data is same as that of account will the party role get inherited into lead.

This is an expected system behavior.

Once you enter the sales data in the lead same as available in account, then custom party role gets determined in lead.
