2661417 - Unable to find quantity field in Sales Order Item object from Data Workbench

You have a requirement to import sales order item quantity but were unable to find quantity field in Sales Order Item object from Data Workbench. Quantity field is available in Sales Quote Item

1. Go to Data Workbench Woc
2. Select Import View
3. Select Individual Object
4. Select Sales Order Item
5. Select Download Metadata

It is the system design.

Quantity can be entered in the object "FirstRequestedItemScheduleLine".

When you individually import Sales Order Item, FirstRequestedItemScheduleLine will be created automatically with defaulted quantity and can then be updated later using Individual Object --> FirstRequestedItemScheduleLine. Alternatively, if you do a complete BO import, you can provide quantity in the template FirstRequestedItemScheduleLine.csv along with SalesOrder.csv and Item.csv.
