2661677 - Document Generation Email Contains Blank Spaces / Lines

The email received from Document Generation contains extra blank lines and spaces.

This is expected behaviour.

The Rich Text editor used for the Document Generation Template adds extra spaces whenever line break ('Enter Key') is added in the Template Body.

Please Note:

When the content is copied from a Word document and pasted in the template body, this behaviour gains more prominence. Hence to keep the spacing impact to minimum we would recommend to type in the content directly in the Editor on Template creation screen.
