You are trying to delete an existing employee, but cannot locate this functionality.


SAP Cloud for Customer


Employee records are part of what the system considers master data. Once created, this sort of data cannot be deleted, as it could lead to inconsistencies.


As an alternative, you can change the employee's validity date accordingly: an employee that is no longer valid will no longer be considered by the system in the future, not being in shown in standard queries or for selection in the value help of business documents. If required, the Data Workbench tools supports mass updates of employee data.
