Symptom

  • Trying to save the model file in the infrastructure administrator fails, although there are no apparent errors shown
  • Administrator is prompted repeatedly to save the model file
  • Virtual units are not connecting (going into yellow status with exclamation mark)
  • IA logs captures errors that indicate the Base Installation files are missing
