Project Time Recordings performed by service agent cannot be found in the Not Invoiced Time and Expenses View

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Project Management work center.
  2. Go to Invoice Preparation view.
  3. Go to Not Invoiced Time and Expenses sub view.
  4. Select the project ID and click on Edit Time and Expenses.
  5. The same Time Recording is not available in this list.

Cause

The time recording should be Approved status.

Resolution

System works as designed.
