Symptom

You have tickets with compliance status Compliance Check Pending or Unassigned and you would like to know under which conditions these statuses appear.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Resolution

  1. Compliance Check Pending.

This status is displayed, if the service level is not determined or if the Completion Due field or the Completion Date field is empty.

Example scenario:

We are assuming that a ticket has some SLA determined. The due date for completion is at some point in the past, but the ticket is still not completed by then.

In this case Completion Date field would be empty and the compliance check is pending. It will update to compliant or not compliant when the ticket is completed.

  1. Unassigned.

This status is displayed when the ticket is initially created and the calculation of compliance check happens after there is some change on the ticket. Hence, this value will be there for all the new tickets where no change has been done.
