2661940 - Unable to access login screen during new Clone setup of FS-PRO

Symptom

During the creation of a new FS-PRO system based off a copy of another development instance. The customer receives the below errors when attempting to login.

503 ERROR on the login screen.

ERROR in the Default.trace logs from Netweaver.

Caused by: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'entityManagerFactory': Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is javax.naming.NamingException: Exception during lookup operation of object with name webContainer/applications/sap.com/FS-PRO.ear/csiroot/java:comp/env/persistence/xmlSchemaPU, cannot resolve object reference. [Root exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: The persistence unit is inconsistent with the database schema:
Error on entity >>com.camilion.iipc.xmlschema.beans.XmlDefBean<<: The table >>XML_DEFINITION<< does not exist.
Error on entity >>com.camilion.iipc.xmlschema.beans.XmlDefNlsBean<<: The table >>XML_DEFINITION_NLS<< does not exist.
