2661952 - Scheduled offering shows seats available, however there is none

Scheduled offering shows seats available for user on the catalog, however there is none.

1. As a user, navigate to the catalog to search for scheduled offerings.
2. Browse some scheduled offerings and open the available dates
3. You will notice that the scheduled offering shows 'Seats Available', however the only option is to waitlist.

The label for Seats Available on Scheduled Offerings carries the number of seats available too. So, if you edit this label, you cannot remove the part that controls this, otherwise the number would not appear and user will believe that there are seats available.

1. Navigate to LMS administration side
2. Click References > Geography > Labels
3. On label ID field, put: label.SeatsAvailable
4. Click Search and Edit this label
5. Click Locales tab
6. Locate the locale that does not have the counter on the beggining. The counter is: {0}
7. Add the counter on the beggining. For english locale, it will be like this: {0} seats available
