2661964 - PS Hierarchy report does not include archived data from PM_ORDER

Symptom

Try to run any PS Hierarchy report (for example, S_ALR_87013542) selecting archiving object PM_ORDER as data source however the result does not return costs from an order which was archived using archiving object PM_ORDER.
