Symptom

  • Unable to have access to Microsft ADFS Login page
  • The application shows the error "Web page not available The web page at http://server:port/SAMLAuthLaunch could not be loaded because net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"
  • Wrong protocol used (HTTP instead of HTTPs)
