The cost center in the shopping cart is not the same as that of Requestor's cost center.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to Home work center
- Select Self Services Overview
- Select Track My Shopping Carts hyperlink
- Open the shopping cart
Cost Center is A (A refers to cost center ID).
Cause
You expected the system to update the cost center as B (B refers to cost center ID) instead of A. Cost center in the shopping cart is picked up at the date of creation of the document. As a result, the system has defaulted the older cost center. The new cost center will not be updated.
Resolution
Once the shopping is released, cost center cannot be edited. This is the standard system behavior.
