2662386 - Filter for datetime via SuccessFactors Adapter in CPI/HCI

Symptom

Message Processing fails with error similar to:

Exception occurs when executing 'begin' method of the adapter operation with Illegal datetimeoffset format yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss  (eg.: 2017-04-02 17:15:42)

In some cases where datetime is used to filter the data , the below error also can be seen.

com.sap.gateway.core.ip.component.odata.exception.OsciException: Bad Request : 400 : HTTP/1.1
