2662442 - Diagnostics Agent installation fails with an error: /usr/sap/DAA/SMDA98/exe/sapstartsrv: /usr/lib64/: version `<version>' not found - SAP Solution Manager

Symptom

  • When installating Diagnostics Agent you face an following error:
Execution of the command "/usr/sap/DAA/SMDA98/exe/sapcontrol -prot NI_HTTP -nr <ID> -function StartService DAA" finished with return code 1. Output:
/usr/sap/DAA/SMDA98/exe/sapstartsrv: /usr/lib64/: version `<version>' not found (required by /usr/sap/DAA/SMDA98/exe/sapstartsrv)
