An Inactive employee has received CC- Notification e-mail for completed leave request.   Leave Type: Privilege Leave   CC Role: Additional Manager  Now e-mail notifications has triggered to HRBP who is inactive.

Workflow participants are decided during initiation of the workflow, in case after initiation of the workflow the participants become inactive, the participants list set during initiation will receive notifications (if eligible) in spite of the fact that they are currently inactive in system.
