2662531 - The Appointment is Visible in More Than One Account


The same Appointment is appearing in two seperate Accounts.


SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Accounts view.
  3. Open the Account ABC (ABC represents the Account ID).
  4. Go to the Actvities tab.
  5. You can see Appointment DEF is visible in the Appointments pane (DEF represents the Appointment ID).
  6. Open the Account XYZ (XYZ represents the Appointment ID).
  7. Go to the Actvities tab.
  8. The Appointment DEF is also visible in the Appointments tab.


The Account ABC and XYZ are both maintained as Involved Parties in the Appointment DEF.


If you dont want the Appointment visible in the Account, remove the Account as an Involved Party member.
