2662620 - Unit Conversion in Key Figure Results in ERR

You have created a custom key figure and set up a unit conversion, however when you display the key figure in the report, it shows ERR.

Consider the following scenarios as an example:

A) You have made sure that in the product master data, there is a conversion from specific units of measure to each (e.g. Bag to Each etc). However when you open the report with your key figure, the conversion is not working and the unit of measure shows ERR.

B) You have maintained a Service with Base UoM wday - PD (Working Day). You have maintained a Quantity Conversion for this Service in order to convert one working day into hours (e.g. 1 wday = 8 hours). Your intention is to create a key figure that displays the values in hours instead of working days. In order to achieve this you need to create a new key figure based on a standard key figure (which shows working days) and select Conversion Type Unit Conversion and Target Unit Hour(s) in step 3 of the key figure wizard.
