Symptom
Upon Termination of Employee with Direct reports, the system initiates a job relationship import and sends an email notification.

Reproducing the Issue
Terminate a Manager with Direct reports
Cause
This is expected Behavior.
When terminating a manager whose number of direct reports and job relationships are more than a threshold value, system processes the termination of the manager immediately, and then it initiates two scheduled jobs, one Job to process the changes to Direct reports and another Job to process the changes to Job relationships.
A notification will be sent to the user(who performed the action) once the job is run successfully.
For Example, if the Threshold is set to Value 1 or 2 it means any direct reports greater than 1 or 2 will be processed as a background import and an email sent.
Resolution
You cannot turn off this notification but you can Increase/ Decrease the threshold by doing the following:
1. Go to admin tools
2. Go to Company system and logo settings page
3. Edit value in "Threshold for processing direct reports and job relationships offline (Reduce this threshold if you encounter time-outs on processing termination of employees with direct reports and/or job relationships)"
By Default it is set at 0, but you can set this for your needs. It is recommended to be set to set at a value of 50 or lower.
