Symptom

Runtime filter pop up only one while running a Canvas Report on Report Center

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • Canvas reports

Cause

This expect behavior. When you are in the same session, the runtime filter will only be display once. You need to log out and log back again.

Resolution

You have two option:

  1. You need to completely log out of your session and log back again.
  2. OR Click on the View Filter Summary to access the filter.
