Symptom
When a Job Requisition is posted to an Agency, the email notification received by the Agency users contains the Internal Job Title of the Job Requisition instead of the External Job Title.
Environment
SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
-
Create a Job Requisition with different internal and external job titles.
- Post the Job Requisition externally and to an Agency.
- Check the Job Requisition in the job listing page of the Agency in the Agency Portal - the Job Requisition displays the External Job Title.
- Check the notification email sent to the Agency users, the email contains the Internal Job Title.
Cause
This is an expected behavior. The [[JOB_TITLE]] token used in the Recruiting Agency notification template is configured to pull the Job Requisition's internal job title.
Resolution
Currently, there is no other available tokens that can be used to extract the External Job Title of the Job Requisition for the Recruiting Agency notification template. An enhancement request may be needed to be raised by the customer in order to develop a new token that can be used in the email notification template that can pull the external job title.
NOTE: The email template used to notify Agency users of a Job Requisition posted to an Agency is configured in "Email Template Notification Settings" and it is called "Recruiting Agency".
