The information held in this field was consumed by SuccessFactors Talent Profile, which is being deprecated.
- There are no other features in the LMS that uses this information.
- According to LMS Product Management, there are no plans to remove the field nor the table from the database.
- This field can be used for reporting purposes. In this case, Custom Reports have to be built.
- Currently, there are no plans to have another feature built around this field. You may submit an enhancement in our community in case you have a business need that would involve this field.
