SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

If a school board is not available in Job Board Market Place, it means that it is not integrated within the Recruiting Posting job boards catalog.

A school/university integration is not a service but a product enhancement which enters the Recruiting Posting roadmaps.  Therefore, each integration is unique and requires Product Managers to specify this technical development. An integration suggestion contributes to improve the job posting tool as a whole.

Prerequisites

• You have checked the Job Board Market Place the desired school/university is not listed 
• You have valid credentials or IDs required to post on the requested school/university 
• You have not exceeded 10 schools/universities suggestions in the calendar year
  
  

Integration process 

1. Prior to request a new school integration, please make sure that you can provide the following details:
   
   
   • Name of the educational institution 
   • Type of institution 
   • Country / City / Postal code 
   • Name of diplomas 
   • Type of diplomas 
   • Category / Sub-Category 
   • Specialization 
   • Current posting process to school board (e-mail or internal platform) 
   • Customer's credentials or IDs required to post on the requested school 
   • School Contact Email
   
   
   
2. Submit an integration request via an SAP Launchpad ticket and provide the required information to Recruiting Posting Support team by completing the attached file.
3. The request will be submitted to Recruiting Posting Product team who will initiate the job board integration process.
4. Once the school/university integrated, the new school / university is available in Job Board Market Place. You can then set up the new job board on your interface.

If a school provider is interested in integrating themselves in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting, they can directly contact the Product Team at sap-sfsf-jobposting-jobboards@sap.com. 

Note: There is no sync between Preview and Production instance in Recruiting posting. This means that this request is for Production instance only. At some point, Product management team will be able to manually update the Preview with the latest list of schools but this will depend on the availability of Product Management team.
