2663363 - Encumbrance - Line Items Report Shows No Data

You are using the report Encumbrance - Line Items, however it does not show any data. You may also not be able to run it because you cannot select any Company from the value help since no companies are offered.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the work center this report is assigned to , e.g. General Ledger.
2. Choose the Reports view.
3. Open this report.

You have to enter a company to run this report, however when you open the value help, no companies are listed.

The required scoping is missing.

1. Go to the Implementation Projects work center view and open your project scope.
2. Go to step 4 (Questions).
3. Drill down as follows: Financial and Management Accounting > Management Accounting > Financial Planning.
4. Make sure the question 'Do you want to use financial forecast for procurement?' is checked.

Please note: Enabling this option will have further impact, in particular on the to-stock materials. For these materials, you would need to maintain material valuation data, otherwise the system may raise health checks.
