How can I set up or modify my job board credits/slots in Recruiting Posting?

Account administrators can set up or modify job boards credits counters as follows:

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting / Settings
   
2. Click My Job Boards and select a job board
   
3. Go to Packs tab. You can select the contract to modify and click the edit icon or click New pack to set up a new credits counter
   
   
   
   
   Note: In case you don't see any information under the tabs Credentials and Packs, it will be necessary to have these set up for the first time. Any information necessary when filling these forms will have to be discussed / gathered with the respective job board team (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2727102)
   
   
4. Modify the number of credits / slots and click Save
   
   
   
   Please note: This is a manual entry. If an incorrect number of credits is added, you may lose track of the credits consumption. Discussions and confirmations related to the correct job board credits amount must be discussed directly with the job board. Also, if you don't create any Pack, the system considers the number of credits is unlimited.
   
   Please keep in mind, the number of already allocated credits (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2753320) will have impact on the total number of credits and must be taken into account when adding additional ones.

Please note that there are no logs available for the manual modification of a pack and we will not be able to provide the information about who and when updated job board credits or slots.
