2663499 - E-mail notifications are being sent for completed or deleted performance forms

Receiving notification emails for PM forms that are Completed or Deleted;

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Document Due, Document Late, Document Routing, or other notification emails are received for forms that are complete, have been deleted, or generally should not  be generating notifications.

Notifications are being sent from test or development environments. Many times test environments are cloned form production environments and the notifications continue to be sent for documents on the test environment.

• Check the hyperlink on the emails, they will contain the company ID and data center.
• Also, clicking on the link will take you to the environment so you can see which environment sent the notification.
• Consider changing the email addresses for the test environment to a specific email that is used for testing purposes.
