Symptom

How to add or remove the custom01 field as a filter field when using the Get Feedback function on a review form

Reproducing the Issue

When searching for a user to send the review form out for Get Feedback by clicking on the Ask for Feedback button on the review form

Resolution

  • This can only be enabled or disabled in Provisioning by Support or a Partner
  • Log into Provisioning and select Company Settings
  • These are the filters prior to enabling the custom01 field in Provisioning:
