1. The offer is pending for approval from a user.
   
2. But the pending offer is not in the approver's To Do tile.
   
   

Show pending tasks starting (n) days before they're due in To Do Tile General Settings is set to less than 30 days.

By default, the Offer Approval has a due date of 30 days. So if an offer is pending approval, it will not appear on the approver's To Do tile unless it is (n) days from the due date.

For example, in the settings above, the To Do entry will not appear in the approver's To Do tile until 1 day before the due date, which is 29 days (30 - n) from when the task was assigned.

Set show pending tasks starting (n) days before they're due value to 30 days.
