• Connection works from ODBC Data Sources 64-bit and Command Prompt using the same credentials.
• Oracle Database is not configured with SSL/TLS. It cannot be enabled during the installation, since it cannot connect.
• Data Services Oracle Local Repository configuration error during installation:
