2664206 - Error Message While Migrating Bills of Operations

Your requirement is to migrate Bills of Operations, but you receive the below error in the Simulation step:
Bills of Operations XXXXX not consistent
Main resource flag set for several service reqmts at activity XYZ, op. XYZ
Resource reqmt missing for res.PQR of service reqmt at activity XYZ, op.XYZ

*XXXXX represents the Bills of Operations
XYZ represents the Activity
PQR represents the Resource

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the activity Migration of Bills of Operations
4. Select Migrate bills of operations using the migration tool
5. Upload the Migration File
6. Execute Migration for the respective Migration File with Migration Mode Add new records
7. You receive the error message mentioned in the Simulation step

The errors are related to the Resources and the Services maintained in the Resource master data.

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Data work center
2. Go to Resources view
3. Show All Resources By Selection
4. Find the Resources which are displayed in the error message in the migration activity. For example: PQR
5. Select Edit
6. Select View All
7. In the General tab, under the section Resource Use

i) All the Resources have the checkbox ticked for Main Production Resource.

ii) The checkbox Resource Relevant for Financials is unchecked for all relevant Resources.
It indicates that this Resource will have no costs for the Bill of Operations.

1. As one of the error message indicates that the Main Resource flag is set for several Service requirements at activity XYZ, op.XYZ , you should tick the checkbox for Main Production Resource for only one Resource.
2. You should tick the checkbox Resource Relevant for Financials.

Correct the data in the system and proceed with the migration activity.
