2664226 - Benefit screen flickering

Benfit screen starts flickering up and down.

Employee Central: Global Benefits

Go to employee > employee Benefits tab > scroll up/down > screen flickers (inconsistenly reproducible).

This was due to an UI issue.

UI code fix is done and would be fixed in all instances via b1808 upgrade (4th Aug in preview and 15th Sep in Production environments).
