2664280 - How Document are Transferred from Onboarding 1.0 or Recruiting to Employee Central

• Can documents be transferred or synced from ONB/RCM to EC, for example W-4 forms?
• Can document uploaded in Onboarding during NHDR, PDC, ADC be transferred to Employee Central

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

One such example below:

1.  Fill in the W-4 online during onboarding
2.  Hire Employee in Employee Central
3.  Forms are not transferred to the employee profile and therefore cannot be used to replicated to other systems. 

• Currently there is no functionality, where as part of the ONB-EC or RCM-EC mapping, these files can be passed from ONB/RCM to EC as part of hire process.
• Engineering currently have no plan for this on the road map. This functionality would currently be considered an enhancement request.

• This form will need to be manually attached to the users profile in EC if required for use. 
• Forms uploaded during NHDR, PDC, ADC cannot be transferred to EC. If this functionality is crucial for your business we recommend you log an enhancement request.
• There is currently an enhancement request open for this.
