Cause
The available Administration reports in SAP Jam Collaboration do not contain all the information required for the customer's specific reporting needs.
Resolution
There is an option for creating custom reports: API's can be used to extract data, load it into a reporting database and generate reports there. See SAP Help Portal - SAP Jam OData API Documentation for more information on this.
