2664637 - Cannot select an existing DIR on a specification due to error "Select at least one line"

Symptom

Trying to display an existing DIR on a Specification leads to error message number /PLMU/UI_FRW301:
Select at least one line.
You pressed a button that only works with a corresonding selection but currently no selection exists.
First select at least one line and then press the button again.
