2664643 - “(user) has not signed yet” Missing for E & EM if Comments are Enabled in the Signature Section

When the comments are enabled in the Signature Section the labels for the Manager and Employee signatures are blank (username has not signed yet is missing)

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management v12 Acceleration

Launch a PM form that has comments enabled in the signature section and route to a step where the signature section is visible but the manager and/or employee has not yet signed. Notice the message "username has not signed yet" is missing.

This occours when the split comment attribute is set to true in the signature section  (split-cmt="true").

Set "split-cmt" as false in signature section (split-cmt="false").
