2664683 - Inbound email. Queue for incoming messages is active - Message no. XS098

Symptom

  • Inbound email using SMTP can be received into the system.
  • Configuration was made as per SAP Note 455140 and KBA 2203325.
  • The Telnet test in the Inbound direction as per SAP Note 607108 is successfull.
  • However still no emails are seen in SOIN.
