2664699 - Support for home address replication for Slovakia in EC for replication via BIB logic to IT0006

Symptom

For Country Slovakia, the District information is required for a legal report ISCP(MPSVR SR) 1-04. Hence new field with corresponding picklist will be added to the home address content in EC.
The newly added field “District” has the picklist id= "District_SVK" and This new field shall be replicated to the IT0006 field STATE.
