2664903 - /129 doesn't include the additional payment in termination period

Symptom

After implementing SAP Note 2599851, a new average normal earnings wage type for taxing marginal termination payments(/129 - Avg for Term. Tax Calc.) is introduced from financial year 2018. But /129 doesn't include the additional payment in termination period.
For example, an employee is terminated in period 02.2018 and a bonus payment is paid in the termination period. Run payroll for the termination period 02.2018, a message will be shown as below:
"As the employee is inactive for this period, the average normal earning (/109) is imported from period 01/2018. So the average for period 02/2018 is xxxx."
The bonus is not included in the calculation of /129 in the termination period. However, /129 is imported from the previous period.
